We wanted to create a simple, natural mixture.
Pickled vegetables you can enjoy all year round
that are crunchy and fresh but also bursting
with flavour thanks to the celery and onion.

Vegetables in varying amounts: carrots, fennel, red and yellow peppers, celery, white onions (natural source of sulphites), white wine vinegar, water, unrefined sea salt, sugar.
Traditional cured meats, dry-cured ham, fresh or preserved bluefish, baked fish like gilthead bream and turbot, traditional boiled meat or simply as a side dish or in mixed salads.
