with flavour thanks to the celery and onion.

Vegetables in varying amounts: carrots, fennel, red and yellow peppers, celery, white onions (natural source of sulphites), white wine vinegar, water, unrefined sea salt, sugar.

Cooked ham, dry-cured ham, fresh and medium mature cheeses, seafood salads.
