Vegetables in varying amounts: red peppers, yellow peppers, red onions (natural source of sulphites) ,capers, beetroot, Balsamic vinegar of Modena P.G.I., organic sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, water, wine vinegar, unrefined sea salt and sugar.
Delicious with traditional cured meats, salmon and eel.
