SWEET AND SOUR VEGETABLES IN OIL
A Mediterranean recipe with the typical ingredients from the south Italy.
Vegetables in varying amounts: aubergines, courgettes, yellow peppers, red peppers, carrots, fennel, white onions (natural source of sulphites), celery, cherry tomatoes, raisins, orange, honey, organic sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, water, wine vinegar, unrefined sea salt and sugar.
Delicious with a caciocavallo cheese or a flavourful cheese, preserved tuna fish and grilled fish
